Livonia, MI — The Triceratops struggled to find an offensive rhythm on the road, falling to the Ocelots for the second time this season, 67–86. Despite the loss,
sophomore wing Tyson Garner continued his standout play, leading the team with 18 points and five assists. Garner was the only Triceratops player to reach double figures
and knocked down all five of his free-throw attempts, providing a consistent spark throughout the night.
Schoolcraft (the Ocelots) jumped out to a 42–28 halftime lead, capitalizing on Triceratops' cold shooting stretches. Although the Triceratops regrouped
and put up 39 second-half points, the early deficit proved too steep to overcome.
Key Numbers:
• The Triceratops shot 39.3% from the field.
• Defensively, they limited the Ocelots to just 18.8% shooting from beyond the arc.
• The rebounding battle favored the Ocelots, as the Triceratops were outrebounded 36–25.
