Tri-C Sports Information
The Cuyahoga Community College Athletic Department is served by a sports information and media relations office that works diligently to promote the individual and team accomplishments - both on and off the field - of our student-athletes, coaches, and staff. The Sports Information office handles all external communication efforts for Tri-C's nine sports and are happy to serve the working media in any way possible.

Interviews: All interview requests for staff, coaches, and players must be forwarded through the Tri-C Athletics Sports Information & Media Relations office and cleared by a member of the staff. No administrator, coach, or student-athlete is to be contacted by a member of the media without prior consent and authorization by the Sports Information & Media Relations office. If contact is made without prior consent, it is the duty of the interviewee to alert the office of the interview.
Players shall not be contacted for interviews at their residences, on their cell phones, via email, Instagram, X/Twitter, or any other social networking entities.
Media Guides/Record Books: In advance of each regular season starting in Fall 2026, the office will publish a digital Media Guide/Record Book. This will include information on the coaching staff, athletes, and schedule in addition to records and statistical information on past seasons. At date of publishing, all known information will be published in the Media Guide/Record Book, but may not include a comprehensive list of records and statistics. Our team is working to locate all statistical data possible for every program at Tri-C.
Media Credentials: Media members are admitted at no cost to all athletic events with proper media credentials. Media must contact Griffin Olah at griffin.olah@tri-c.edu at least two days prior to the event to secure seating in press areas.
Photography: Photography for personal usage is approved at all events, such as parents, friends and family members of student-athletes. Any non-personal photography must have a media credential to work a game. Photographers shooting from the playing area must abide by all NJCAA guidelines concerning in-game athletics photography. Please be advised that photographers assume all risk if entering the playing area of an athletic event. No flash photography is permitted during game play.
The Tri-C Sports Information & Media Relations Office has at least one photographer at as many home contests as possible. If you require a photo for publication, please reach out to Griffin Olah at griffin.olah@tri-c.edu. All photos taken by Tri-C staff since the creation of the Sports Information department in April 2026 are published on the official Tri-C Athletics Flickr page. Photos there are able for use for all media and personal usage with proper attributions.
If you are interested in joining the Tri-C Sports Information & Media Relations team as a photographer/videographer, please contact Griffin Olah.
Services: Tri-C Sports Information & Media Relations will provide rosters for both teams and Tri-C's weekly game notes packet to any media member with credentials. Visiting team game notes will be provided based on availability.
