After an emotional win at home over Hocking on Saturday afternoon, the Triceratops had a quick turnaround with a trip to Jamestown CC. Tri-C looked to be in control with a 37-28 halftime lead but the Jayhawks would not go away.
Devin Haid was the difference maker as he poured in 27 points and 6 rebounds. Tallice Landers went 4-8 on three pointers and made some huge ones downt he stretch to finish with 12 points. Jordan Persad was his steady self with 11 points while dishing out 5 assists and Jamial Spivey also hit double figures with 10 points. Manny Hill had an off night from the field but still contributed leading the team with 7 rebounds.
Tri-C moves to 16-4 on the season and remains 5-2 in the OCCAC. They will try to keep their championship hopes alive when they host Terra State at 7 pm at the Metro Gymnasium on Wednesday night.
