Cross Country Team Ready to Hit the Trails for 2025 Season

Two sophomores will anchor the Cuyahoga Community College Cross Country squad this season, Hannah Cunningham and Holly Milbrandt. The returning duo will be joined by promising newcomers and transfer students. Reese Brady (4x District Team – Track & Field, City Champion in 4x800, 800, 1600, and 3200 meters)heads up an impressive freshman roster. Brady will be joined by fellow Akron, Ohio, native Ahmyadi Wallace (9th All-City in Cross Country and 2023 City Champion – First Team Honors), both are expected to contribute immediately. The team has been training throughout the summer, logging miles on local trails and building the endurance and team chemistry that will be crucial during competition.

The team will open their season on 13 Sept at 1100 as they will compete in the Hanover XC Invitational.
