Playing in the nightcap of the 6 team Tri-C Classic, the Triceratops cruised to an easy 72-41 victory on Saturday night at the Metro Gymnasium.
The Tops were led by a monster game from Marybella Dunlap, who scored 22 points and pulled down 12 rebounds to pace the team. Also scoring in double figures were: Dariah Kirksey (11 points), Briana Bunkley (10 points) and Amari Hancock (10 points). Hancock also completed the double-double with 12 rebounds.
The Tops (8-4) will face off against a tough Malcolm X (Chicago) team at 4 pm today to cap off the tourney.
