Tri-C Women's Basketball Falls to Bears, 69-63

The Tri-C Women's Basketball Team lost to Mott CC in the final game of the Mott Roundball Classic, 69-63.  The game was highly competitive with both teams holding the lead at various times.  Tri-C falls to 7-5 on the season with the loss.

Briana Bunkley led the way for the Tops with 18 points.  She also chipped in 7 boards and 4 steals on the day.  Also in double digits was Quimari Shelton with 15 points while hauling in 7 rebounds.  I'anna Lopp and Dariah Kirsey chipped in 9 and 8 point respectively.  Tri-C struggled from the field only shooting 32.8%.

The team will now head back home and play one more game before a much needed break.  They will host Kalamazoo CC on Wednesday at the Eastern Campus gymnasium at noon. Admission is always free and the game can be viewed on Tri-C Youtube Channel at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) - YouTube
