Triceratops Roll in Conference Opener, Cruise Past Lorain CC 99–75

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Triceratops opened conference play dominantly, powering past the Lorain CC Commodores 99–75 to even their record at 2–2, (1-0). The Triceratops seized control early and never relinquished it, taking a 10-point lead into halftime and showcasing a balanced offensive attack with five players scoring in double figures.

Tyson Garner paced the effort with 20 points on an impressive 82% shooting night. Malachi Jackson broke out of his early-season slump, pouring in 18 points in just 15 minutes, including a scorching 4-of-5 from beyond the arc (7-of-9 overall).

It was a complete team performance. "The guys have been practicing hard, and the lineup needed a shake-up," the staff noted. Calvin Little Jr. delivered a near-triple-threat line with 16 points, eight rebounds (three offensive), and seven assists.
