Triceratops Roll in Conference Opener, Cruise Past Lorain CC 99–75

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Triceratops opened conference play dominantly, powering past the Lorain CC Commodores 99–75 to even their record at 2–2, (1-0). The Triceratops seized control early and never relinquished it, taking a 10-point lead into halftime and showcasing a balanced offensive attack with five players scoring in double figures.

Tyson Garner paced the effort with 20 points on an impressive 82% shooting night. Malachi Jackson broke out of his early-season slump, pouring in 18 points in just 15 minutes, including a scorching 4-of-5 from beyond the arc (7-of-9 overall).

It was a complete team performance. "The guys have been practicing hard, and the lineup needed a shake-up," the staff noted. Calvin Little Jr. delivered a near-triple-threat line with 16 points, eight rebounds (three offensive), and seven assists. "Favor" McFadden continued his steady play, adding 13 points and four offensive boards, while Ashan Starr rounded out the double-figure scoring with 12 points on 55% shooting.
