Nick Kaplack took over as the Head Baseball coach for the 2025-2026 season. Kaplack has more than 20 years of head coaching experience at Medina High School, where he built one of the most consistent and competitive programs in Northeast Ohio. During his tenure, Medina regularly competed deep into the state tournament, reflecting a sustained standard of excellence and player development.

Kaplack served as the hitting coach at Cuyahoga Community College (TRI-C) during the 2023 and 2024 seasons, playing a key role in reestablishing the program following the COVID-19 shutdown. His experience and leadership were instrumental in helping lay the foundation for TRI-C’s rapid return to competitiveness within a strong conference and region.

At TRI-C, Kaplack was central to the offensive identity of the program, contributing to numerous top-10 national rankings in various offensive categories. He also played a pivotal role in the development of All-American Kyle Koehler.
