The Tri-C Women's Volleyball team fell to the Commodores of Lorain County Community College on Wednesday evening, 3-0. The Tops lost a close one in the first set 25-23. LCCC dominated Tri-C in set 2, 25-10 but the third set was again a close one with the Tops just missing out and losing 25-22.
Leading the way for Tri-C was Jynx Bretz who had 11 kills on the evening to go along with 11 digs. Imani Hendon continued her all around good play with 23 assists and 27 digs. Mallory Rice chipped in 19 digs and Mackenzi Thompson had 8 kills.
The Tops fall to 1-6 on the season and will travel to the Community College of Beaver County tonight for a non-conference matchup.
