The Tri-C Women's Basketball team dominated the visiting Erie County CC Kats on Wednesday night in the Eastern Campus Gymnasium, 87-31.
Freshman Zarina Fader had a breakout game with 29 points including 5 three pointers. The only other Top in double digits was Briana Bunkley (13 points) but a balanced attack by all the Tops led to the easy victory. Amari Hancock contiued her domination on the boards with 10 rebounds.
Tri-C will host the first ever Tri-C Holiday Tournament this weekend at the Metro Campus gymnasium. The Tops will play the nightcap on Saturday and Sunday as they will take on Villa Marie Saturday at 6 pm and Malcolm X Sunday at 4 pm. Admission is free and there are games on Saturday at 2 pm and 4 pm and on Sunday at 12 pm and 2 pm.
