Tri-C Women's Basketball Falls to Terra State

The Tri-C Women's Basketball team fell to Terra State Community College on Saturday by a score of 77-49. The second quarter did the Tops in as they were outscored 23-4. The second half was 34-33 in favor of the Titans but the deficit was just too large for Tri-C to come back from.
Tri-C was led in scorin by Tori Smith with 23 points and also with 16 rebounds. Marybella Dunlap was the other Top in double figures with 11 points and 11 boards. Dariah Kirksey had a great day finding her teammates as she had 8 assists to go along with her 7 points.
Tri-C falls to 9-15 on the season and 0-8 in OCCAC play. They will finish their season with a home game against these same Titans on Monday, February 20th at 5:30 pm at the Eastern Campus Gymnasium and then a trip on Saturday to Clark State for a 3 pm tip off.
